Contact Fixation Design & Build to ask about our all-inclusive signature package, which includes comprehensive project management services that ensure accelerated renovation completion timelines within budget. An a-la-carte service is also available to clients wishing to use as little or as much of our expertise as required.
Phase 1: Initial Consultation (free within London and the Home Counties)
One of the Fixation Design & Build team will visit your property to evaluate your requirements and discuss your renovation needs.
Phase 2: Client Engagement Kickoff Meeting
We align our approach with your design and renovation objectives, establish a framework for our ongoing relationship, and review our standard contract for your signature. We will work with you to plan a budget and build a timeline based on your requirements. We will also design a plan for reporting and communicating progress during the project. At this time we will take your detailed brief, conduct a site survey and suggest a few initial design concepts.
Phase 3: Design
We generate a comprehensive design concept and present a set of plans, together with colour and sample boards to show you our vision. We create a set of detailed plans for contractors – i.e. lighting, electrical, plumbing, tiling, decorating. If necessary, we will submit a planning application to your local council.
Phase 4: Implementation
This is where we implement the entire property renovation by co-ordinating contractors, providing on-site supervision during the renovation and making sure you can get on with your life with minimal upheaval.
